Oh, I have so much to share! We have had Internet challenges this week with limited WiFi so I will have to break this up into a couple of posts to keep it from getting too long and because I have so many photos this time.

First off I have to tell you that Paso Robles is becoming the new wine country. Truly beautiful area with miles and miles of vineyards and hundreds of wineries. I never knew and thought the Napa/Sonoma area was “it” for wineries. Very up and coming and I am so glad we made a stop here. One we visited was Sculpterra winery which featured fabulous artwork throughout the grounds. After doing the tasting and buying a couple of bottles we toured the grounds and shot lots of photos.

Another reason for stopping here was to visit the Hearst Castle. What a place and what views the family and guests had from that vantage point high above the coastline! Needless to say, we snapped a few photos on the tours we took that day.

So these were the highlights of the Paso Robles stop. From here we headed further north to the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay area where we are now. I have so much to share about this leg that I will do it in the next post. Can’t wait.

I am anxious to share with you since you used to live there. I hope to get the post done is a day or two. Looks like Cynthia’s graduation went well. Let’s touch base soon.
